Everyone nowadays is aware of The wide spread trend
that raises serious questions related to the Palestinian-Israeli
conflict and the nature of the
relationship between Palestine and the rest of the world
These
questions are sometimes asked with innocent and naive motives and other times with
deliberate and malicious motives to isolate the Palestinian matter from the Arabic
and Islamic world what would make it easier for them to tighten their grip
around Palestine then devote their efforts to other issues and countries of the
world
I believe
that these questions are very serious and require the faithful and educated
elites to address them and push back the suspicions that oppose all those who
seek to support the Palestinian land and the Palestinian people and promote the
culture of Muqawama and opposition in the face of the ominous trinity (Israel,
America and Britain)
:These groups rise
their objections in the form of questions ,ones like Why is the
Palestinian- Israeli
conflict an important matter to us
Why do we
support the Palestinians and their uprising against Israel while they only
support those who kill and cause violence on our lands
?Why do we
prefer to care for and take care of other nations and forget our own
?What have we
gained from the conflict against Israel during the past decades
?Why don’t we
consider peace as an option
It is with These
superficial and naive questions and other fallacies, everyone who supports the
Palestinian matter, is facing today
I was and am
still faced with these questions and I answer them by telling the story of
Count (Alexandre de Marenches), a director of the SDECE French external intelligence services during the era of French President d’Estaing
in the year 1981 to clarify the importance of supporting and adopting the
Palestinian-Israeli conflict
When the Director
met the new US President ,at the time (Ronald Reagan), who said to him: Do you
know how much harm a mosquito can cause to a bear? (by “ the bear” he meant the
soviet union) If you are not in a
position to shoot a bear, you should think of this method!
With this
mentality, politics is run in all countries of the world, especially countries
that have dangerous
enemies
We, as
Muslims, Arabs and free people, believe that the Zionist is a foundling and
hostile entity that was planted in the heart of our Arab homelands and Islamic
region, as stated in long and broad historical experiences, an ideology hostile
to us to the extent that it became a disease that can only be cured by
uprooting and eradicating it
And because
this requires enormous capabilities, resources and preparations, most of which
are not available, the appropriate step to take is to support those who can stand
against this entity with their terrifying and confusing strikes that would
destabilize it and not make it able to cause any aggression, sabotage or
injustice in our country and our Islamic nation. This is what the Republic of
Iran, thankfully, has been doing since the victory of its Islamic revolution in
1979. It supports the honest Muqawama and liberation movements in their uprising
against the occupiers, such as the Islamic Muqawama HezboAllah in Lebanon and
the (Jihad) and (Hamas) movements and others..
If we look
back on the events in the history of the Arab-Israeli conflict during the last
century we can clearly see that the Israeli enemy has gained strength and growth
in the security, economic and political situation in the time when the Arab and
Islamic nations were standing against the tyrants and dealing with a collapsed
or late infrastructure of the economic, ideological and cultural conditions that
delay was up to many reasons there is no
room for explaining and clarifying them
right now
Wisdom and
political logic say that our lands won’t ever be safe or secure and stable
unless our enemies are distracted from harming us and attacking us, which of
course could not be achieved except by resisting the enemy or at least
supporting those who resist them and distract them from harming our nations and
our countries
And do not
forget to cite what Ayatollah Sheikh Muhammad Jawad Mughniyeh “May Allah Bless
his soul” said: (…To today’s Shiaa Karbala is the occupied Palestine, Sinai, the
West Bank of Jordan, and the Syrian highlands. As for the children of Hussein
and the captives of Hussein’s family , they are the displaced women and
children who were forced to leave their homes, and today’s martyrs of Karbala are
the ones who were killed to defend the truth and the homeland in the 5th
of June
With this
conscious and enlightened Islamic mentality, the Shiites and their scholars
read, think and interact with the Palestinian-Israeli
conflict without any sectarian,
national regional or any other contracts
We
are in dire need today to educate the necessity to adopt the Palestinian matter
and deal with it with a foresight and a rational, non-emotional strategic mentality
