“ that sets a dangerous precedent” …Asai’b Ahl Al-Haq issued a statement concerning the KDP’s malpractice and offence to the judiciary

On Thursday Asai’b Ahl Al-Haq issued a statement that condemned the KDP’s offensive act against Judiciary, they also invited all the political parties to put an end to such abuses and to restore to using logic and reason.
Asai’b Ahl Al-Haq also stated in a statement that “it is such a dangerous precedent that damages the cornerstone of the Iraqi nation and its legislative and executive institutions.

These institutions that are suffering a state of paralysis right now because the House of Representatives has been dissolved and the government’s power was lost. The political bureau of the KDP issued a statement accusing the judiciary and the office of the presidency of taking a decision that they labelled as “ political” that came after the judiciary declared that it dedicated a manipulation of the results of the elections which led to taking a judicial decision caused the KDP to lose two seats in the parliament after the judiciary committee took the necessary measures .

the judiciary, as it represents a cornerstone that protects and stabilise the different parts of the government and its institutions, we also call upon all the parties concerned to prevent and respond to all kinds of abuse and malpractice cases and to use reason and logic , We must priorities the interests of the nation, protected by the judicial system and the rest of the state institutions; rather than narrow partisan interests and gains, particularly those that are obtained through complacency and silence on the election result’
